Terms of Service

These terms cover the website, automation, and marketing services OAKtheKey provides to your business. By subscribing to a plan you agree to them.

What you get

Every plan includes a custom website built at no extra cost, hosting, backend management, and the automations listed for your plan on our pricing page. Growth adds either organic SEO or Google Local Services Ads management. Pro includes both, plus Google Business Profile optimization.

Billing

• Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, either monthly or every 6 months.
• The 6-month option is prepaid at a 10% discount and renews every 6 months.
• Your plan renews automatically until you cancel.
• Google Local Services Ads budgets are billed by Google directly to you and are not part of your OAKtheKey plan.
• Cancellation and refund details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Your content and your site

You own your business name, logo, photos, written content, customer list, leads, and reviews. You give us permission to use them to build and run your site and automations. If you cancel, we hand off your content. Hosting and automations stop at the end of your paid period.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information, licenses, and service areas.
• Only send us content you have the right to use.
• Use the text messaging tools only with people who gave you consent, and follow carrier and legal messaging rules.

No guaranteed results

We work hard to get you more calls, reviews, and rankings, but Google and other platforms control search rankings, ad placement, and lead volume. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of leads, or revenue.

Third-party services

Your service relies on providers such as Stripe, GoHighLevel, Google, and our hosting provider. Their terms also apply to your use of their products, and we are not responsible for their outages or policy changes.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, OAKtheKey's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.

Changes

We may update these terms or our prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice by email or text before a price change affects your plan.
