Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly plans

Cancel anytime. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep full service until then. We do not refund partial months.

6-month prepaid plans

The 10% discount is in exchange for paying 6 months up front. You can cancel anytime to stop the next renewal, and service continues through the end of the 6 months you paid for. Unused time in a prepaid term is not refunded.

Google Business Profile optimization ($500 one-time)

Refundable in full if you cancel before we start the work. Once work on your profile has started it is not refundable.

Google Local Services Ads spend

Ad spend is paid to Google, not to OAKtheKey. Invalid leads can be disputed through Google, and we handle those disputes for you on Growth (LSA) and Pro plans.

How to cancel

Use the billing portal or contact us. We confirm every cancellation in writing.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged in error, tell us within 30 days and we will refund the incorrect charge.
